Eligibility
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with seals intact.
- Return requests should be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Gift sets and bundles may have different conditions; confirm with support before returning.
- Opened, used, or damaged-due-to-misuse products may not be eligible for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to Request a Return

- Our team will confirm eligibility and share return instructions.
- Ship or deliver the product as advised. Keep proof of return until the process is complete.
Refunds
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer where applicable.
Processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
Subject to stock availability, we may offer an exchange for the same or a similar product. Price differences may apply.
